I'm not happy on my engagement. What can I do?

All engagements start with a trial period specified in your contract, which must be respected.

Similarly, if for some reason, an engagement is terminated by a client or Proxify before the pre-agreed period, you'll get paid for the work you did.


The purpose of the trial period is to facilitate our valued members and clients to evaluate compatibility and suitability.


In the event that an engagement is discontinued after the trial period, the payment for the trial period itself will not be affected.
