The technical interview occurs after the candidate had the first interview with a recruiter and had good results on the coding test. During the interview, one of our specialists will talk to the candidate, and ask general and technical questions to evaluate their professional capabilities for both soft and hard skills.
We're not only looking for candidates with senior technical skills but also strong soft skills, and professional standing.
Depending on your main skills, you may be interviewed by one of our internal specialists or by Karat.
