What do the "non-compete" and "non-solicitation" clauses mean?

Your consultancy agreement is an official invitation to join the Proxify network.  

This doesn’t restrict you from working on other projects outside our platform, when you're not assigned to a Proxify engagement.

However, as soon as you’re invited to join a specific engagement with a Proxify client, we require you to work on this engagement only. 

Please note, our non-solicitation clause specifically requests that you should not contact clients directly.
